The re.comm High Potential Program
The High Potential Program is being offered for the first time this year and is especially designed for real estate management students. During the period of the re.comm – 22nd till 24th of November 2017 – we want to grant access for young and motivated students to this exclusive event. We want to create an opportunity for the high potentials of the industry to experience the inspiration of the international speaker board and to network with top managers of the real estate business.
Together with five exclusive mentors from the real estate industry the mentees will gain practical and personal insights into the world of the real estate management. Also they will come in contact with significant decision makers. Mentors from the industry will support their mentees and will share their professional and personal experiences.
Requirements for Participation
- Attendance of a study course in the field of real estate businesses
- Mentees must attend the conference over entire term (3 days)
- Submission of a written report (total size: 2 A4 pages): “How can one particular re.comm topic be utilized for proper contribution to further developments within the real estate industry?”
- Consent to forthcoming publication of your report
Course of Action for the High Potential Program
- Applications are open from June 30th to August 31st, 2017
- Apply with cover letter indicating your university and exact specification of your study program, enclose CV including a picture
- Motivational letter: „Why do I want to be part of the re.comm 17 Mentoring Program? “ (ca. 1000 words)
- Five mentees will be selected by October 2017 and will receive personal invitation letters
- Travel must be organized and paid by mentees. Accommodation and meals on-site will be provided by epmedia.
DI Sandra Bauernfeind. MRICS, Managing Director EHL Immobilien Management GmbH
Sandra Bauernfeind is managing director of EHL Immobilien Managment GmbH and proxy of EHL Immobilien GmbH. She graduated from the study of Spatial Planning at TU Wien. She is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – MRICS. Ms. Bauernfeind is a generally sworn and judicially certified expert for real estate. She is also board member of the ÖVI (Austrian Association of the Real Estate Industry). Her advisory focal points for investors refer to real estate investment, residential and apartment buildings in terms of rental as well as usage fees. Sandra Bauernfeind lives her job that she executes with authenticity, great commitment and always in a good temper. Her personal goal is to establish EHL Immobilien even stronger on the market as a leading service provider and to develop the market position with focus on distribution and administration.

Hermann Rauter, online hausverwaltung & immobilientreuhand GmbH – Founder of Herztraum Immobilien, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of online hausverwaltung, vienna immobilien, east real
Hermann Rauter is co-founder and co-owner of the noted corporation online hausverwaltung, vienna immobilien, east real as well as owner of the residence Zögernitz. He has always been a visionary and lateral thinker. He founded his „online building management“ long before the internet was an issue in the industry. After 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and an impressive amount of successfully implemented projects the newest passion of Herman Rauter is setting standards with his “Herztraum” project. With the homonymous organisation he wants to create a new awareness into the business world about ecological and social corporation forms as well as a responsible handling with money. Every of their projects have a socially motivated background that focuses on sustainability and a holistic approach. Half of the returns from the projects of “Herztraum Immobilien” will flow into chosen projects for children. He holds for sure the future belongs to us all, but most of all to the children.

Mag. Elisabeth Rohr, MRICS CIPS, Founder and Managing Director, Elisabeth Rohr Real Estate e.U.
Mag. Elisabeth Rohr studied German language and literature studies, history and philosophy in Graz. At the same time she got educated to be a real estate agent and property administrator. In 1995 she founded her company Elisabeth Rohr Real Estate e.U. which she still manages. The focal points are placing of residential properties in Vienna. Since 2012 Ms. Rohr also engages as owner representative for real estate projects in the luxury sector.
Elisabeth Rohr is co-founder of “Salon Real”, vice-president of ÖVI and secretary general for CEPI. She has also won several real estate awards, such as the Cäsar or Immy. Her key to success is paying attention to high professional skills, to put her into the customers’ position as well as persistence. She states “If you really want something, you will find a way“. An ongoing further education is essential for her. In the last years she completed her education to CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist/NAR/USA) and is now MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Dr. Martin Sabelko, Managing Partner hoigroup
After studying law in Vienna he worked on the set-up of Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft of the Österreichischen Volksbanken AG. The outcome was being one of the youngest managing directors of the Immoconsult Leasing GmbH in Salzburg and their subsidiaries. From 1992 till 1994 as a proxy, he was assigned with project development and recovery at BOE Bau Ojekt Entwicklung GmbH & Co. KG. In 1993 he was co-founder of the Austrian Council of Shopping-Center (ACSC). In the following years he was managing director of the PMG Bauprojektmanagement GmbH. From 1996 till 1997 he was managing director of Eraprojekt GmbH (today STRABAG) in Berlin. From 1997 till 2001 he was also board member of the Central European Land Ltd., Jersey. Since 2001 he was managing director and partner of DTZ Austria GmbH. 2016 Martin Sabelko said goodbye to CBRE Global Investors after eleven years and returned from Prague to Vienna. Since then he is managing partner at hoigroup in Vienna.

MMag. Peter Ulm, CEO 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG
As Chairman of the 6B47 management, Peter Ulm is responsible for strategy, corporation structure, finances, human resources, legal department as well as for the markets of Germany and Poland. Peter Ulm started his career back in 1993 at IMMORENT AG, a subsidiary of Erste Bank Group. 2000 he was announced chairman of Zwerenz & Krause AG and was partner of the Akron Group from 2003 till 2007. From 2008 till 2001 he was advisor for real estate developments and developer of retail parks. Since 2011 he is chairman of the management of 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG. The story of the emergent real estate development corporation 6B47 starts 2009. After the financial crisis in 2008 the company is approaching new ways. They are integrating the areas of real estate financing and project development under one umbrella. Projects in Germany, Austria and Poland are providing rapid growth to 6B47.
