High Potential Programme
The aim of the High Potential Program is to give young and motivated students access to this exclusive event, giving the "high potentials" of the real estate industry the opportunity not only to see the international keynote speakers of the innovation congress live, but also with the Networking top managers in the industry.
Together with selected mentors, the mentees will get a practical and personal insight into the world of real estate managers as well as the opportunity to make contacts. Five well-known personalities have agreed to support the mentees in a professional and personal way and to pass on their experience.
Sandra Bauernfeind is Managing Partner of EHL Wohnen GmbH and authorized signatory of EHL Immobilien GmbH. She graduated in spatial planning and spatial planning at the Vienna University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - FRICS. Ms. Bauernfeind is a sworn and court-certified real estate expert and board member of ÖVI - Österreichischer Verband der Immobilienwirtschaft and member of the group of real estate trustees of WKW. The main areas of focus for investors are real estate investments, residential and apartment buildings, rent and usage fees. Sandra Bauernfeind lives her profession, which she pursues authentically, in a good mood and with great commitment.
Hermann Rauter, as co-founder and co-owner of the renowned companies online hausverwaltung, vienna real estate, east real and as owner of the residence Zögernitz, has always been a visionary and a lateral thinker. When he founded his "online property management", the Internet had not arrived in the industry yet. After more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a large number of successfully implemented projects, Hermann Rauter's recent passion in the industry is his heart and soul project. With the organization of the same name, he wants to bring a new awareness, a new ecologically and socially motivated company form as well as a responsible handling of money into the economic world and to point the way forward. Each of these projects has a social background that builds on sustainability and takes a holistic approach. For example, half of the net proceeds from projects that Herztraum Immobilien realizes and sells go to selected children's projects. Because he is sure that the future belongs to us all, but most of all to the children.
Mag. Elisabeth Rohr-de Wolf studied German language and literature, history and philosophy in Graz and trained as a real estate broker and administrator. In 1995 she founded her company Elisabeth Rohr Real Estate e.U., which she still leads today. The focus is on the brokerage of residential real estate in Greater Vienna. Since 2012, Ms. Rohr-de Wolf has also made a name for herself as the owner representative for real estate projects in the luxury sector. Elisabeth Rohr-de Wolf is a founding member of the "Salon Real", Vice-President of the ÖVI and General Secretary of the CEPI, as well as multiple Cäsar and Immy award winner. Exact listening, a high level of expertise, putting oneself in the customer paired with great obstinacy sees her as her formula for success. Their motto is: "Where there is a will, there is a way". Continuous training is a matter of course for her, she completed in recent years, for example. her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist / NAR / USA) education and is MRICS (member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
After studying law in Vienna, he worked on the establishment of Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft Österreichische Volksbanken AG. As a result, he was already responsible as a managing director of Immoconsult Leasing GmbH in Salzburg and its subsidiaries. From 1992 to 1994 he was in charge of project development and utilization at BOE Bau Objekt Development GmbH & Co. KG. Founder member of the Austrian Council of Shopping Centers (ACSC) in 1993, and then Managing Director of PMG Bauprojektmanagement GmbH (Wohnbauträger der Universale Bau AG) in the following years. From 1996 to 1997 he held the position of Managing Director of Eraprojekt GmbH (today STRABAG) in Berlin. From 1997 to 2001 he was a member of the Executive Board of Central European Land Ltd., Jersey. Since June 2001 he was managing director and shareholder of DTZ Austria GmbH. In 2016, Martin Sabelko, after 11 years, announced his departure from CBRE Global Investors (formerly ING REIM) in Central and Eastern Europe and returned from Prague to Vienna. Since then he is Managing Partner of hoigroup in Vienna.
As Chairman of the Management Board of 6B47, Peter Ulm is responsible for strategy, corporate structure, finance, human resources, legal and communications, as well as markets in Germany and Poland. Peter Ulm started his career in 1993 at IMMORENT AG, a subsidiary of Erste Bank Group. In 2000 he became CEO of Zwerenz & Krause AG and was a partner of the Akron Group from 2003-2007. From 2008 - 2011 he was active as a consultant for real estate development and specialist retail center developers. Since 2011, he has headed the 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG as Chairman of the Management Board. The story of aspiring real estate developer 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG begins in 2009. Following the 2008 financial crisis, the company is breaking new ground for the industry, integrating real estate finance and project development under one roof. Projects in the markets Germany, Austria and Poland give 6B47 rapid growth.
Requirements for applying as a mentee
Visiting a Bachelor's or Master's degree program related to the real estate industry
The mentee participates in all three days of re.comm (20 to 22 November 2019)
Submission of a thesis in the scope of approx. 2 pages following re.comm 19; This will then be discussed on site with the mentors
Agreement with the publication of the work in the re.comm sketchbook (of course with the author)
